June 18, 2008: cont'd
Arriving back in Winnipeg and after checking out the Royal Canadian Mint, we head back to the Conestoga Campground to settle in for the evening only to be interrupted by a stunning sunset over the city.
In what seemed at first as threatening storm clouds turned into a spectacular show of nature as the sun sunk towards the horizon lighting up the dark clouds from beneath.
It was the perfect end to a busy day of exploring!
This picture shows the scene from right outside our camper at the Conestoga Campground - Sunset and cloud formations over the City of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
